I’m in the ‘lose weight’ group too!! And I wouldn’t mind gaining a little muscle tone in its place. Your website idea sounds awesome, and I agree with Angela: you should really go for it! Keep us posted on your remodeling/organizing resolution, too!

We celebrate Yule and then Christmas with my family. My mom pointed out the other day that Santa isn’t religious (because he’s coming to my daughter’s preschool and I thought that was weird because of the church and state issue). Yule is right around Christmas anyways so you can just celebrate the birth of the sun instead of son (which Jesus wasn’t even born this time of year anyways). And the return of the light is celebrated by everyone really. And the tree and carols and decorations, etc. are all pagan too!

I am such a geek, I’ve always dressed up too, even when I have to go into work. I lucked out this year - I’m a children’s librarian now, so it’s not weird at all for me to dress up. I got to dress up 2 days in a row, too! The day before Halloween we had our children’s party, so I dressed up as a good fairy, then on Halloween day I dressed up as a bad fairy. Everyone loved it. The teen librarian dressed up as Lady Macbeth, complete with blood on her hands - it was awesome. I can’t wait to get the pictures done!

I am so sorry to hear about Rocky. How long did you get to enjoy his company? Your dragons are so lucky to have someone knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive! to take care of them. I’m sure your other dragons will get better in no time!
